The things people most often ask before booking a move with us — from the Wembley Park towers and parking realities to customs on a European move. If yours isn’t here, just ask.

Good to know

Everything you might ask

Which areas around Wembley do you cover?

The whole of HA9 and HA0: Wembley and Wembley Central, Wembley Park and the Quintain towers, North Wembley, Tokyngton and the Wembley side of Preston Road. We move to and from Wembley across the rest of London and the country too, and out to Europe.

Do you cover Harrow, Sudbury, Alperton or Neasden?

Our home patch is Wembley itself — HA9 and HA0. We do move people between Wembley and neighbouring areas all the time, and we can collect or deliver more widely when a move is heading the same way. Just tell us both addresses and we’ll say honestly whether it’s a job for us.

What’s different about moving from a Wembley Park tower?

The new-build towers come with service lifts, loading bays, time slots and concierge rules, and getting those booked and understood before the day is half the job. We handle the lift and bay booking, check the building’s access rules, protect communal areas, and plan the load so the crew isn’t held up. It’s a very different move from a two-up-two-down, and we treat it that way.

How are your services grouped?

By the kind of move rather than by a price list. Home moves for houses, a dedicated flat & apartment focus for the towers and conversions, office & commercial for businesses, household storage for when dates don’t line up, and European removals departing from Wembley. Each is described by what it covers, never by a price on the page.

Do you offer storage — and is it the same as the stadium lockers?

It’s household storage for movers, not stadium bag-drop or luggage lockers. Clean, secure units for anything from a few boxes to a whole home, with a move-and-store option handled in one booking — useful when a sale and purchase don’t line up or a renovation runs on. See the storage page for how it works.

Do you do a man & van service for smaller jobs?

Yes — a driver and a van for the smaller jobs, like a few items, a single room or a quick pickup across HA9 and HA0. If it turns out to be a full house move we’ll tell you straight and quote the right service instead.

How is a quote worked out?

We look at the size of the move, the access at both ends — stairs, lifts, loading bays, parking, permits — how much packing you want, and anything large or delicate. We’ll often do a short video or in-person survey first, then send a clear written quote. No prices are shown on the site because every move is genuinely different.

What about parking and access on moving day?

Parts of Wembley get tight — match and event days around the stadium and arena change the roads completely, and the towers run on booked loading bays and time slots. We check parking, permits and any suspensions ahead of the day, and where the stadium calendar affects your street we plan around it so the crew isn’t carrying half a mile.

Which European countries do you move to from Wembley?

France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Each is planned as a route pair from Wembley — out on the A406 and A40 to the M25 and the Channel, then on to the destination region. We keep the customs paperwork straight and run the move as one journey with one crew.

How do you handle customs on a European move since Brexit?

A household move to the EU now needs an inventory and the right transit and customs documents. We prepare and file them for you and give honest, plain guidance on what’s needed. Timing at the border depends on the route and the paperwork rather than a fixed schedule, and your written quote sets out what to expect.

Are you insured?

Yes — goods-in-transit and public liability cover come as standard, and we’ll explain what the cover means before you book. For anything high-value or especially fragile we’ll talk through the right level of protection for your particular items.

What if my moving date changes?

Tell us as early as you can and we’ll do our best to shuffle things around. Weekends and month-ends fill up first, and event weekends near the stadium get busy, so a bit of notice gives us the most room to help. Anything about deposits or rescheduling sits in the booking terms.
